About the current situation of Kansai International Airport

On September 4, Typhoon Jebi made landfall in the Kansai region. Kansai International Airport was closed for a time, but following the partial resumption of flights on September 7, restoration work progressed steadily. All terminals resumed normal operations on September 21, and passenger flight operations are fully back to normal.

As for the railway on the bridge connecting between the island of Kansai International Airport and the opposite shore, operations fully resumed on September 18.
